Lower Eyelids, Rolled Back the Hands of Time! LOVE my Results!

Bags run in my family and I hit the unwanted jackpot. I spent the past few years mustering the courage to do this procedure. I started noticing I had become self conscious about it and not wanting to be photographed because of it. Despite taking good care of my skin since my early 20's the bags added years to my face and I always looked tired.
In Sept 2021 I had a consultation and was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. Dr Thomassen went over the procedure and recovery expectations with me, and addressed all the concerns I had. I felt at ease and comfortable to move forward with the procedure. Michelle, the coordinator, was a huge help answering questions I had after the consultation and scheduling the procedure to fit my schedule.
In Oct 2021, I had lower eye lid blepharoplasty. The operating staff was very kind and helpful as I was a little nervous and after a few minutes talking with them I was no longer nervous. They worked in synchronicity, like a well oiled machine. After surgery, Dr. T called my husband and let him know the procedure went well and discussed post op care when he picked me up. Later that evening Dr. T called, personally, to check in and see how I was doing. He even sent me the picture of the fat he removed because I asked him to, I wanted to see the fat that made me self conscious. Not many doctors take time to do this and this spoke volumes on how much he cares about his patients.
I read and followed the pre and post - op instructions. I had minimal swelling/bruising and only experienced slight discomfort the day of surgery. The next morning I was fine. After a few days you could hardly notice and my face looked refreshed.
I LOVE my results. No visible scars and I no longer look tired.
