Eyelids Don't Close After Surgery

Eyelids Don't Close After Surgery

$5,500
He performed eyelid surgery on me and my eyes would no longer close. He repeated the surgery two more times trying to fix it and could not. Afterwards I had eyes tearing and also one eyelid would droop. They refunded my money but I had to sign a paper saying I would not sue. My eye doctor said this is blatant negligence and send me to an eyelid reconstruction specialist. It was so bad that my health insurance covered that surgery. Thanks to the eyelid reconstruction specialist I can close my eyes but one of the ligaments in one of my eyes is permanently damaged.

We always attempt to reach out to try to keep our patients happy. As this review is anonymous we performed a ten year review of our records and could not locate a patient that matched. If you had your surgery prior to this time period, please reach out to us for help.

Hello, can you explain what surgery you had originally? Blepharoplasty? And, what the reconstruction surgery method was to help your eyes to close? Skin graft? Mullerectomy?
