Trust your eyes to an expert

These are my before & after pics. Starting from the car ride home after surgery to fully healed with my makeup done. The most important thing to me in the end was how everything looked when my makeup was on and now it’s so much easier to do and looks in my opinion 100% better.

I had surgery on 4/3/23 with Dr Lanfranchi. I’m a 30 year old female. I knew during our consult he was 100% my choice. He only performs facial surgery which was very important to me. I didn’t want to go to a doctor that did tummy tucks, implants, BBLs, nose jobs, and face. How can you be a jack of all trades? He’s a true facial expert and I wanted to trust my eyes to an expert. I had a separate surgery not related to this review with someone else, and I asked my doctor what about my eyes? I was desperate. He said, ‘’what about them? Come back in 5 years.’’ I knew right then I had to find an expert, someone who could actually recognize the issues I was dealing with. The extra skin, the extreme puffiness and swelling. During my consultation he never rushed me, let me ask any questions I had, he explained my facial anatomy to me and we went over realistic expectations. I really appreciated the pictures they took of me and printed out because it showed what I truly look like. He explained how everyone has one side of their face that’s different and pointed out my differences left vs right. He was warm, patient, so knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like I was just dollar signs. I’ve had some horrible consultations in Las Vegas for various things with doctors that actually scared me so I felt very lucky to find him once I actually did my research. I was shocked at how reasonable his pricing was for an upper blepharoplasty. There are doctors in the valley charging way more for the same surgery and they aren’t specialists. He also explained how long the results of surgery will last me. I was curious given my age when he thinks I would have to revisit due to natural aging. The price I paid & the mileage I’m getting out of this surgery … I told him he should charge more lol! The entire team is so friendly, so caring, they made sure I was totally prepared and had everything I needed to ensure my surgery went perfectly. The day of surgery was SO easy. I arrived dressed comfortably, no makeup. Washed my face with face wash they provided. I was brought back into the room where the doctor would be performing my surgery. The lights were off, relaxing music was playing and I was given a blanket, tucked in and another dose of relaxation medicine and by the time It had kicked in Dr Lanfrachi came in and it was go time. I was totally relaxed but aware and in complete control. Dr Lanfranchi prepared me to feel a few pinches of the numbing shots and that was it. All I felt moving forward was a little pressure and his movements as he was operating. I was relaxed and held totally still as he worked his magic. Before I knew it, it was time to go home. I followed his directions for aftercare, went to my follow ups and healed wonderfully. There wasn’t a single time during the entire process where I was worried or confused or didn’t know what to expect. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to do this!
