Dr. Lao is meticulous and cares about achieving excellent outcomes. His bedside manner is pleasant and calming. He was the first and only consult I had and he was the right choice. I also recommended him to my daughter who is very happy with her eyelid surgery. If I want any procedures in the future I plan to come back to him as well.
