The entire process from the intial consultation through post-surgical care was exceptional. Dr. Chang was very attentive and listened carefully to my concerns. She was very clear about the entire process and exactly what the procedure would offer me, thus my expectations were consistent with the outcome. I felt very well cared for before and after the procedure. Dr. Chang was available for any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a great experience and I am so happy with the results. I can truly say I highly recommend her. She is not only a very skilled surgeon, she is very personable with an excellent bed side manner.
