I visited Dr Prashant after recommendation and researching the surgeons in the south east wales area. I went for an upper blephoplasty. (Eyelid lift).
From the first visit I felt at ease and appreciated how honest, thorough and knowledgeable Dr Prashant is. He managed my expectations well.
On the day of surgery all of the staff at Reforme were attentive and friendly and I felt calm.
There was no pain during the procedure and it didn’t take too long.
Dr Prashant followed up via messages for a few days later and 1 week later I had the stitches removed. I have a few follow up appointments scheduled for the next few months.
I will be honest and at first I did worry that my eyes didn’t look even but please TRUST THE PROCESS.
I’m 4 weeks out and couldn’t be happier.
Most of the swelling has gone now and the results are great. Im still in the early stages so looking forward to the complete results in a few months.
