Dr. Chang is Exceptional

Dr. Chang did an excellent on my eye surgery, I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. She is exceptional in the level of care provided throughout the entire process, and is meticulous on her approach to best meet my needs. I very much appreciate her thoroughness in explaining all suitable options, and her understanding and flexibility in the scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.
