Disappointed by my blephoplasty. Told I would have a hidden scar and no one would notice. Woke up and I have these long scars that go past my eyebrows and I already had low brows to begin with and I feel the lateral part of my brow is sitting even lower, giving me a sad look.
Dr said he would mark me up before surgery and I could see what he was going to do but he did not do that. I wouldn’t have gone through this procedure had I known it would leave scars like this on my face.

I have the same issue with another surgeon . He assured me that they will lighten . I will be use Silicone scar removal pads to help . Good luck

The same happened to my sister. Eventually the scars will fade. But in the meantime, let's face it, the two scars are apparent. Use a Silicon product to lessen the scar. Later, if still prominent, have Laser treatment to lessen/remove the scars. Laser is great!!

Your eyes look great, though! Also, your photo says 9 days post…it seems like you shouldn’t be too worried at this point in the healing process. I know it can be hard waiting for final results.

Why did he extend the scar so far out? I wld be pissed!! I hope the fade. Get laser and it’s good the scar is off the eye so u don’t have to worry about the laser.

He has put the scar in your original crease, looking at it, he had to take it out for a smooth taper. Your comparing with your before photo where your lid looks bigger because it droops over your eye. Am sure it will all settle down nicely. Don't forget it's very early, it will be tight & swollen. Good luck.
