Dr Bramhall, Russell took his time at the first appointment to clearly explain the eyelid surgery, what it involved, the risks and the outcome. He again covered this and answered my questions in the pre-surgery appointment. On the day, the procedure was seamless and all went to plan. Although a bit bruised afterwards, when I showed the surgery to a former clinician, her first comment was his surgery was first class. I fully agree. Would highly recommend Russell and his team
