Botched Bleph and Dismissive Aftercare

I went to Dr. Peter Chang at Timeless Plastic Surgery for eyelid surgery and have had problems ever since. The incisions were placed too high, and the right cut overlapped and extended too far outward, leaving uneven creases and daily discomfort.

From the start, my concerns were dismissed as “normal healing.” I was told to pinch the crease outward and later offered filler and Xeomin to “fix” it — none of which addressed the surgical issue.

Communication has been inconsistent and dismissive. I’ve been blamed, told I’m “manipulating my brows” and that my discomfort is “phantom pain.” What should have been a simple procedure has turned into months of frustration and regret.
