Amazing Results: Eyelid surgery with epicanthoplasty

I had eyelid surgery with epicanthoplasty. Great experience; from the virtual consultation to the actual procedure. I started with a virtual consultation with Dr. Kwak as soon as elective procedures were clear to begin after the pandemic. He explained in detail what he can and cannot do to help me achieve my goals. It was refreshing to hear limitations in what plastic surgery can offer in my case. Dr. Kwak is very personable and clearly states the risks and benefits of surgery and what to expect post operatively. It was obvious after the consultation that Dr. K is very experienced and doesn't try to push or "sell" procedures. I was very comfortable during the face to face consultation where he used instruments to give me an idea of how the shape of my eyes could look. His office staff is outstanding. Olivia, Janice, Kaylen were all organized and everything leading up to my procedure was well managed. I was anxious in the beginning as I've never had surgery done on my face! The staff here are amazing and all questions were answered and I felt at ease the entire time. Thank you Dr. Kwak and your staff for a truly life changing experience.
