I Had an Amazing Experience! Five Stars!

I came from the United Kingdom to Istanbul and had an upper blepharoplasty and a lower bletharoplasty with Dr. Ay?e. I couldn’t recommend my experience more! Everything went so well and I felt safe and supported by Dr. Ay?e and her assistant, Pinar, throughout the whole experience. I had a consultation over Zoom, about six months beforehand, which went really well, and I felt reassured that she would be able to perform the surgeries as I wished. She was very communicative about the expectations and probable results, and I felt that she was very accurate in her assessment and realistic about what my results would be. The process of booking the Jurys and clinic visits was done with her assistant, Pinar, and she was also very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns with helpful information about my visit. When I arrived in Istanbul, I had my consultation the day before my surgery, and the office was clean, comfortable, everything was streamlined, and I felt that both women were experts in their fields and I felt confident and safe going for surgery the next day. The surgery process was also great, and I felt really comforted by Pinar, who was by my side the whole time. Also, the staff at Emsay hospital, where wonderful and I felt safe going under anesthesia and being taken care of by all of the nurses there. After the surgery, I went in for two follow ups, 3 days after the surgery, just to check my eyes, and then 10 days afterwards to remove my sutures. Each time everything went well and I am very happy with my results. Overall, this was a truly positive experience and I can’t thank Doctor Ay?e enough! I’m so pleased!
