After 14 Years and 7 Consultations, I Finally Found the Surgeon I Could Trust”

For 14 years, I considered having eyelid surgery. During that time, I consulted with seven different surgeons—and backed out all seven times. I simply never felt completely comfortable or confident enough to go ahead.
Then I met Dr. Cross.
From my very first visit, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform my surgery. His calm, soft-spoken manner immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do, what I could expect, and what the recovery would involve. There was no pressure—just patience, honesty, and a level of detail that gave me complete confidence. I left that consultation knowing, “This is the doctor I can trust.”
The entire experience was exceptional. From the moment you walk into the office, you are treated with warmth and kindness. The nurses went above and beyond at every stage. After surgery, the care and follow-up were superb, and I always felt that I was in wonderful hands.
At my final visit, I was actually sad when they told me I had “graduated” and no longer needed to come back! After so many visits and such wonderful care, I will genuinely miss everyone.
My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cross and his incredible nursing team—not only for the wonderful outcome, but for making a surgery I had postponed for 14 years such a positive experience. I could not be more grateful.
