Dr. Patel's technique involves going through the inner lower lid, freeing tissue prolapsed into the fracture site, and reapproximating the orbital wall support, with a small implant....most importantly our son has no visible incisions & was back to perfect within a couple of weeks of doing his eye exercises and limiting physical activity. There was just minimal bruising and NO scarring!
