Was this procedure similar to almond eye surgery (lower lid retraction w/canthoplasty)?
Yes but I had an orbital rim implant hard palate graft on my lower lids

What procedures did Dr Steinsapir do to correct the problems?
He did orbital rim implants and a canthoplasty
You look great. How did he improve your upper eyelid? They look fuller and are symmetrical.
When he fixed my lowers it changed my upper lids as well
That's amazing that it can make your uppers look so full and natural. Nice to know it can be fixed with surgery and not with a temporary fix with fillers.
