Get the Eyebrow Transplant!
I over did the eyebrow threading in my teens to early 20s and was left with little to no hair in several spots. The front of the brow is where I was really missing a lot of hair. So, I ended up doing microblading about 3 times which is really 6 because of the touch ups they do. I was desperate to find something permanent and found Dr. Dauer on Yelp. I then started going through his IG. I really appreciated so much before and after pictures he has posted. You can tell he’s really good at what he does and isn’t afraid to show it.
I met him for a consult and he was so warm, I knew he was my guy. I went into the procedure knowing it probably wouldn’t take 100% because of all the microblading I did but it was worth a shot. I also appreciate Laura and all the communication I had with her leading up to the procedure, during, and after. She took real good care of me too. The procedure took a few hours or more and he was with the vibes playing us Toro y Moi. We also all took a break for lunch and they ordered lunch for me which was nice.I was swollen for about 3 days and the bruises were completely gone by day 6. My procedure was on a Tuesday and I was back to work the next week on Monday. As a scab picker, the hardest part for me was dealing with the crusties that start to form. This started for me around day 5. By 3 months, the implants had completely fallen out reminding me of my faded red microblading. I just had to remind myself this is normal. Then one day, little hairs start growing in. It reminded me of a potted plant how it pops up out of the soil a tiny bit and everyday it grows more and more. The hairs popped out very thin and I would shine a flashlight to see them better. Then they just kept growing and getting thicker. I ended up taming them by using the Anastasia Freeze Brown Gel during the day and at night Elmer’s Washable Gluestick (purple) at night. I found that growing my brows a little longer during the taming phase helped the brow gel and glue really stick to the hairs to help lay them flat easier. I would say the implants took about 90% even after all that microblading I did in the past. I only have to trim my eyebrows once a week. I absolutely love my eyebrows and I’m so thankful I found Dr. Dauer. I trust him so much. He has given me so much confidence and I also feel so confident going outside without any makeup because my eyebrows totally enhance my face. Do not hesitate to get this procedure done with Dr. Dauer. This is his ART and he is fabulous at it. Thank you so much Dr. Dauer!
