Excellent customer service from start to finish and beyond. Marie especially is extremely warm and friendly and It is clear that she really cares about her clients and their needs. She tried to very best to set the appointment for a date that suited my schedule, she was very forthcoming with pre op information and post opp she sat down with me to explain the next steps in depth. Having had the procedure done herself I believe it really allowed her to cater to me in the best way possible, also anticipating my needs/questions before I even asked. Dr Sciacca and his team were also very friendly and explained the procedure well. I felt I was in safe, knowledgeable and loving hands the whole time. They ensured I was always comfortable and were extremely patient, and made sure that I left the premises safely… a small but wonderful gesture.
