A dream that becomes true

I was born with gorgeous eyebrows, full and of a dark black color. When I was younger my face was perfect for this kind of brows but year after year, I have trimmed my full eyebrows until, at the age of 30, I had just a few hair and a 'no any shape' on my eyes. I couldn't recognize my look because it was completely different and I looked much older than I was.
I couldn't go for a walk outside without a strong dark pencil make up on my eyes.
Unforyunately I had the very bad idea to do a tattoo on my face but it was worst than before, so I decided to find a real solution.
There's only one: the eyebrow transplant. I was looking on internet for years to find the right place to do it. It must be the best one because the surgery it's on your face!!!
I went in a Clinic in London where I had a check for an eyebrow transplant but they did'nt convince me.
Finally I found the best website full of photos before and after the surgery and I wrote immediately an e mail to the Dr. Dauer's Clinic in LA, California.
As soon as they receive my e mail, Dr. Dauer answered to me, then we had a call on skype where we discuss about my thin eyebrows and how make them prettier. Dr. Dauer is a young and friendly person and he helped me to find the right solution.
I booked a flight and after an afternoon in Los Angeles, the Dr. Dauer's Clinic is great, and a few days around California wearing a pair of sunglasses, the surgery was totally painless, I came back home with wonderful and fullness eyebrows. I could'nt believe it!
My new eyebrow shape is perfect for my face and I look really much younger than before. I don't need any kind of make up as well.
Today, three years after the surgery, I still have my beautiful eyebrows and Dr. Dauer and his kindly staff care about me every year by an a mail or a skype phone call.
It's a new beggining.

Sono nata con sopracciglia nere e molto folte, non me ne sono preoccupata finché crescendo mi sembravano eccessive rispetto al mio viso. Poi ho seguito le mode, prima erano perfette per gli anni '80 e poi assolutamente bandite nei nineties, estetiste sbagliate e un 'fai da te' ossessivo e da sopracciglia fin troppo folte e nere, mi ritrovo ad avere un filo di peli sottilissimo e corto rispetto alla forma dell'occhio. Ricorro al tatuaggio in un momento di sconforto, oltretutto fatto molto male, e non faccio altro che peggiorare la situazione. Lo sguardo è tutto per me e diventa un chiodo fisso, non esco più senza truccarmi con la matita per dare una linea a quelle parentesi corte e tonde che mi sono rimaste sopra agli occhi.
Di carattere cerco sempre una soluzione e dopo anni di ricerche on line e di persona, sono stata anche in un centro di trapianti a Londra per una visita che non mi ha convinto per niente, finalmente ho trovato la persona giusta: il Dr. Dauer a Los Angeles.
E' vero mi sembrava troppo lontano, ma dopo aver visto migliaia di foto di sopracciglia trapiantate, in tutta Europa e nel mondo, l'unico sito che mi soddisfaceva era il suo.
Contattato il Dr. Dauer via mail, via Skype e in accordo sul da farsi, ho preso un volo, e in un pomeriggio e qualche giorno con gli occhiali da sole in giro per la California, torno in Italia con un'arcata sopraccigliare perfetta e con uno shape invidiabile.
La clinica del trapianto, oltre ad essere impeccabile e nella zona più ricca di L.A., mi ha dato il miglior servizio e l'intervento è stato indolore, piacevole e seguito ad ogni passo.
Ad oggi ancora il Dr. Dauer e il suo staff mi scrivono per accertarsi che il tutto proceda come previsto e che io sia soddisfatta e, dopo più di tre anni dal trapianto, le mie sopracciglia crescono ancora folte donando al mio viso un aspetto giovane e ai miei occhi scuri uno sguardo profondo. Non ho bisogno nemmeno di un filo di trucco. Per me è stato un nuovo inizio.
