Great surgeon

This is based partly on the time it takes to get a reply from Sabrina and her team. I was looking to book in a consultation and sent photos plus details of what I was hoping to achieve/the problem area under my eye (as advised by her secretary). The first response was baffling, and it appeared Sabrina had not even read the email, or looked at the photos. I was informed I would not get a consultation as she doesn’t do revision work. This was actually not what I was asking for at all. I followed up querying this response both by phone call and email. I was told Amber would contact me. Waited a few weeks and nothing. I then chased up again requesting that Amber call. I got an email that afternoon from Amber saying Sabrina will not see me for a consultation as she can not help me with the blepharaplasty I was wanting to discuss with her. All very dismissive and not helpful at all. I appreciate honesty and transparency, but this just seems like they couldn’t be bothered. I saw an amazing write up about Sabrina in Tatler which is why I contacted them. It’s a shame that that great piece regarding her work seems to mean they are now dismissive towards future clients if they aren’t under a certain echelon of standing. Luckily I have found a great Ocuplastic surgeon, via extensive research. And the experience and communication in terms of booking a consultation, couldn’t be more different. He’s based in Beverley Hills, which I thought would mean I had the same snooty experience, but every interaction has been very friendly and informative.
