Left me with SCARS

Please do not let Dr. Gupta's warm and caring bedside manner fool you! I went to her years ago to remove festoons (which were minor/very small) via laser. She told me that within 3 months of the removal you would never know I had the procedure done. After the surgery and 8 months of laser treatments with Dr. Gupta trying to improve the visible scars, there was NO improvement. She and her nurse would actually get upset with me when I would ask why there is NO improvement. So, after 8 months of the same treatment, I decided to go to another Doctor who had never seen anything like what she did to me. Dr. Gupta removed so much tissue that I now had to get fillers on a regular basis and the scar tissue attached to my face so the incisions have to be detached at least the first four times getting the fillers. I have had to spend so much more money fixing this problem then I did on the actual procedure plus the emotional factors. I went back a year later with all the pictures and procedures I have had done to help, thinking she would help with some of the compensation but she only offered to do the procedures for me....NOT HAPPENING. I wish she never touched my face in the first place.
I'm writing this years later because it's still upsetting and hope NO has to go through what i did. Stay away...far away.
