I have been seeing Dr. Maas for about 4 years for botox and filler. I had fat pads under my eyes and decided to have some filler, about 3 years ago. I loved it, but knew I would eventually need surgery as Dr. Maas suggested. I am 40 years old and the fat pads under my eyes are hereditary. After looking at some family photos I decided I wanted to take care of my eyes now before it got worse. I had the lower blepharoplasty in November and I am so happy with the results!! I look totally refreshed! People no longer ask me if I am tired. Dr. Maas made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. He is so caring and patient! Totally worth it!! Only person who I would trust with my face! He is amazing.

Congrats, glad your happy with your results. Was your surgery under local? How was that for you & how long was it?

I need a revision. I had a lower bleph in October 2016 and it didn't last! The fat transfer was good for a couple months and then faded. I now have prominent tear troughs again and look tired STILL. I'm not happy with my result. I never wanted to look like a different person but I did want to look 'refreshed.' Your cost was so affordable!!! I'm amazed. Was this a transcutaneous or transconjunctival? Was it under local or general? Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
