Having had my festoons misdiagnosed by two surgeons which resulted in three unsuccessful procedures, each time making them worse , two of the procedures in one year on my lower lids I resigned myself to living with unsightly under eye bags. On moving to the UK I decided to get one last opinion when Dr Ezra was recommended to me. I was immediately put at ease with Dr Ezra’s instant diagnoses ,the options available to me, the pros and cons and what to expect in terms of results and recovery.Dr Ezra made me feel like I was finally in the right place. Due to having fairly severe festoons and finally armed with all the information I decided on the direct excision procedure .To say I was a nervous and apprehensive patient was an understatement but Dr Ezra and his team ensured the procedure and recovery was a positive experience. Once the swelling calmed down after 3-4 weeks I could already see the the bags had gone, the scaring calmed down soon after and now after 8 weeks I can honestly say I am absolutely delighted with the results. More than five years of feeling self- conscious of the growing problem, two years of going through surgeons ,procedures and black eyes I had become disillusioned. The results are amazing and I cannot recommend Dr Ezra and his team highly enough.
