Doctor is not too busy to reply

I've emailed, I've called. Yeah, I get the post covid catch up thing. Im sure that these rich plastic surgeons are hurting and now having to play catch up. Me, Oh, My face is just a mess and doctor doesn't seem to care. Keep a count and track of calls and emails.

ORIGINAL POST

Extensive Facelift and Neck Lift Disaster

I went in for a face/neck lift, laser, and fat transfer. An entire days worth of surgery. Chose this doctor based on photos, reviews and reasonable cost. First, I had some post operative issues with excessive swelling. One would think that a doctor would at least call and check on his patient after undergoing 7 hours of surgery. My caretaker had to call it in and he did speak to the doctor. Surgery results are so disappointing. I need a complete revision. To address my concerns, I Called and spoke to doctor and he recommended a non-invasive skin tightening treatment that he doesn't even offer! So, Im going to have to shell out an addtioional $5k to remove all the wrinkling and swelling around my mouth. I emailed him asking for a new solution and he has not responded. Doesn't stand by his work. Very, highly unethical. Results you can see for yourself in the photos. Good luck!
