Extended Submental Chin Liposuction

I am sill massaging 45 min a day ,I dont wear the garment anymore and if I do its every other day for 3-4 hours,the two vienes down the center of my neck are still tight when i pull my head back but ill give it another month as I was advised to continue daily massage. I am happy with my results I plan on starting my workouts again soon took off longer than usual.

I started noticing unevenness on my right side (mainly because I broke out with a hug pimple underneath from using aloe vera gel before I switched to coco oil). I started worrying it was fat but Jin advised me to keep massaging any lumps or uneven spots. Everyone heals differently. I was being impatient. I also ordered medical foam pieces from amazon and cut them to fit my chin area. Another thing is the heavy duty velcro pulls out alot of my hair or breaks it when it gets stuck at the top,my hair has been in a bun most of the time. I have continued to massage and wear my garment 18 hours a day now sometimes I rip it off in the middle of the night in my sleep because it makes me breath funny. I wear it the rest of the day as soon as I wake up. I feel I wake swollen if I sleep without the compression garment,other than that so far so good.

1 week I started massaging this morning. My steristrip fell off on the third day so I went and bought breathable clear bandaids to put over the incision sight until the 1 week mark. I have lots of tightness and lumps but once I started massaging it loosened up,then it would return. I was told this would happen just keep massaging daily 45 min a day i am still wearing my garment 24/7 it is a challenge and I don’t like it at all,still sleeping upright in the recliner. I notice when i lean my head back I see my two large viens pop out,im assuming its from the tightness and the fat being sucked out but I see a big difference and jawline definition,skin is soft and swollen but I know it will tighten in time. The key to recovery is to remain positive and put aside all doubt and fear lol it’s normal to think what ifs but If you make the mind body connection that your healing will be 100 percent successful it makes healing much easier. I am taking arnica pills from Natural Grocers,taking vitamin C and massaging with aloe gel and vibrating massager (i quickly switched to coconut oil as the aloe gel is loaded with chemicals that started making me breakout as you can see in photos and also made me swell more) I quickly noticed swelling subside when i switched to coconut oil the next day!
