What a transformation! Have you had surgery between March and July? Your tummy is so toned! It makes me so hopeful.
No I have not! There was a lot of swelling that went down. I have also worked out consistently.
It's such a fantastic outcome. When did you feel able to workout? What exercises did you/are you doing? Did you have your abs repaired too?
I returned to workouts at 8 weeks. It would have been sooner, but I did have a minor infection and my incision had to stay dry. I did have my abs repaired. I am not restricted at all and do sit ups etc. I actually just got hip replacement surgery 2 days ago so I am restricted again ahah.
I would like to tell you how much your transformation means to me. I too have lost a lot of weight (about 147lbs) and am scheduled for abdominoplasty (with lipo) and mastoplexy to correct so much loose skin. I've been working out hard for 9 months in addition to the diet in order to build my core and it is my absolutely dream to reach the point where you are. What were your before/after surgery stats? I am a 5'7" woman and will be going into surgery at around 163lbs (from (315 lbs) and I am hoping that the surgery brings me into the mid-150s at least. I think this might be the end of my weight loss journey and onto the maintaining part and if I can look half as good as you post-surgery, I would be honored. (In clothes I am looking pretty good. Out of clothes? Yikes!)

Can you tell me about how your size went down after the surgery? Did you go down in your clothes size or did your current size just fit you better?
I went down about 2 sizes in pants. I am having my arms and boobs done in November so I will be smaller then. I have A LOT of arm skin.
