As with most people who post a review about All on 4 treatment I had horrible teeth most due to neglect over the years. I am a 47 year old male who began this search for a dental solution when my front teeth began to crack and rot canals were recommended. I had almost no back teeth so the decision to repair or replace was my focus. Dentures did not appeal to me as by nature I would encounter bone shrinkage and I wanted to preserve my facial structure as much as I could. I started my search for solution with company's like Clear Choice and EON dental clinics and the prices they quoted were staggering. Every google search and Real self review pointed me in one direction and the was Dr. Mike Golpa from Las Vegas. I carefully read the reviews and did my research view the procedure and YouTube videos available. My next step was to pick up the phone and ask some questions and get a feel or what the price was from the de facto expert in the field. I spoke with Berlinda who was very helpful and she was able to answer most of the questions I had with information I could not find online. I booked my procedure right then and there on the phone and scheduled my appointment for January 10th 2017. Arrived in Las Vegas with my wife on January 9th and was a bit nervous considering the magnitude of what I was going to do the next couple of days. Settled in had a nice meal and played a few table games but got to bed early in preparation for the next days activities. James (Very friendly and prompt) driver pick us up and took us to Dr. Golpa's office. With in 20 minutes I was in getting a 3D image of my face and smile and X-Rays taken of my current teeth. Dr. Golpa came in when we were discussing color or (whiteness) of the teeth and scaled me back a little and not to go too white. I wanted to go fairly bright white and he toned it down a little and I took his advice as the expert. Surgery was painless and I was asleep of at least unware of the extraction(s) and implant insertion. Woke up with a numb mouth and James and my wife had already picked up my prescription from the pharmacy for pain meds(Didn't need them). I did not use the mask as although I am vain I thought who cares no one knows me in Vegas so why do I care to cover my mouth. Not one odd stare or look while I played table games and slots. Woke up the next morning with almost no pain and just a little bit of bruising ( I think because I blew my nose). Had a coffee and a protein shake for breakfast while my wife met up with some friends she knows in Vegas (work related) while I killed time waiting for Dr. Golpa's office to call. My only knock on the experience is when James did pick me up I sat around at Dr. Golpa's office for close to two hours waiting for my teeth to be put in and it would have been nice to have gotten in and out. Dr. Golpa personally handheld the adjustments to my bite and did an excellent job of making sure I was satisfied with the way they felt. Once I was finished I can honestly say they looked great felt great and I was completely satisfied with the investment and the outcome.
