My face looks beautiful with high cheek definition, a more heart shaped face which is exactly what I wanted and my dimples actually show through much more than they did before! I didn’t have any swelling or bruising whatsoever I am ecstatic about my results!

Wow! Did you take arnica or do/not do anything in particular that you attribute to the lack of swelling? Amazing results!
Thank you!! I did not have to Arnica and I i early DO bruise very easily that’s why I loved Dr. Ochoa’s work so much. He was very careful and took all of the day out and also said it was possibly the biggest portion of fat that he’s seen so far haha. So I was a severe patient of chubby cheeks lol! My main focus was to drink a liquid diet the first two days so I wasn’t chewing, I only drank water also, nothing sugary or salty at all. I brushed my teeth after every meal and used the mouth wash he gave me which didn’t have any alcohol content in it like regular mouth washes. It was something that had to be prescribed. It keeps your mouth very very clean. He only charged $400 for the procedure and it’s regularly $500. I would go to him 100%. He’s worth a flight if you’re going to save that much money, and the procedure takes a total of an hour from the time you step into the door. The actual procedure takes a half hour tops. Local anesthesia like what they do at the dentist and actually my face went back to normal sooner than when I go to the dentist and they numb my mouth
Sorry I meant to say that I typically bruise easily and I did not have any bruising or swelling whatsoever. I did not need to use Arnica.

Here is a follow up to show everyone my amazing results! I wrote a review about my experience as well but wanted to show you guys how great my procedure went! Thank you Dr. Ochoa for helping me get rid of my bulldog puffy cheeks for a more slender and heart shaped face. It’s only going to get more defined too! Beautiful and clean facility, unbeatable pricing, wonderful staff, and a truly talented doctor, I can’t thank you enough.

Hello! How are you healing now? How long did it take to see results?
I literally had zero bruising or swelling. I just drank liquids for the first two days to be safe and ate oatmeal and soup the next few days so I wasn’t chewing anything too rough and always brushed my teeth and used his special mouth wash that you don’t wish wash in your mouth you just kind of let it hang out in your mouth lol. It’s hard to explain but you’ll get what I mean when you do it. Honestly the easiest thing in the planet to do and all anime keeps telling me is “omg Natalie have you been losing weight I can totally see it in your face!” Then I smile and giggle to myself because I know the truth but I will never tell anyone haha.

Yes I just posted a 3 week post op photo in my full review and I saw results within the first week. now in my 3rd week I really can see how much my face has slimmed down and has more jaw definition
How are you feeling?! Do you have any swelling?? The part when he’s pulling out the fat is kinda weird because you can feel a little pain. Did you experience that?
I am so glad I’m able to talk someone that has gone through the same procedure and experience! You look great! Did the doc take all the fat out? Mine only took like 80% he said. It’s super sore now. I’m just scared I might get an infection. Trying super hard not to mess things up. My doctor did not give me any mouth nose. He did to only rinse with water and salt if needed.
Yes! That part was the most painful! It freaked me out as well.

That’s expensive!!!!!!!! I did mine for 2 grand and dermabrssdion included also but it’d so worth it to do it I love my results!!!!

I was wondering if you actually wore the garment 24/7 the first week? That’s my only concern as I work with the public and don’t rlly feel comfortable wearing the garment while @ work but I also don’t know if it would ruin my results if I don’t :(
No garmet! That’s only if you get liposuction. You can literally go back to work the next day no problem.

Wow amazing results. You only had buccal fat removal? No other surgery? I also want this but mostly for the bottom(down) cheek just like you. I am scared since I see sometimes the results and some girls look like they suck-in their cheeks.
No other surgery. He is very precise and attentive to your needs so just tell him what you are looking for and I know he will make you happy. I wanted all of my fat taken out and my face does not look sunken in at all. It’s been about two months now and I really love the outcome
