Expectations Exceeded with thick skin rhinoplasty, bonus lipoabdominalplasty and lip augmentation

To say that I feel blessed to have met Dr. Grigoryants is a major understatement! In an industry full of snake oil salesmen and charlatans he's the real deal. Not only is he an absolute expert at everything he does, he is incredibly honest, humble and completely confident. I have been lucky enough to have had Dr. Grigoryants perform 3 procedures for me in the last 6 weeks and I'm amazed at how he can do something so precisely yet so effortlessly. It's obvious that he is 100% committed to his craft and works diligently to perfect it. Procedure #1 Rhinoplasty- I have very thick oily ethnic skin. I wanted to maintain the uniqueness,softness and ethnic appearance of my nose but reduce the bulbous tip and bring it into better harmony with the rest of my face. I knew because of my anatomy this was going to be a challenge. Dr. Grigoryants far exceeded my expectations. I gave him "inspiration" photos of noses that I thought would suit me. What he delivered (only 6 weeks later mind you) is 10X better. It's hard to believe it's going to get even better over time! The recovery was fairly easy with no real pain.On my worst days pain might have been a 3 out of 10. Procedure #2 lipoabdominalplasty. I've dropped 2 pant sizes in 6 weeks. I had an slight outie belly button all my life which I wanted to keep. He was able to keep it and it looks completely natural and so cute! The incision scar is unlike ANYTHING I've seen before (and I work in this industry so I've seen a ton) it's so narrow it looks like someone drew it with a pencil! (again only 6 weeks out) Procedure #3 Lip filler- I had read in a review that he's the BEST Dr. for lip filler so I asked him about it at my 6 week check up and I'm so happy I did! He said my lips would look better than my "inspiration" photos and he's right, they do! They're absolutely PERFECT! I've had lip filler plenty of times before but his technique is simply AMAZING! The only reason I'm putting all of this out there in such a public space is that I know hard it is to find an honest Dr. with genuine skills. Especially in this era of fakery. But I can tell you with certainty Dr.G is it! I was also interested in several other procedures to which he said no because A)I wasn't a good candidate or B) I didn't need it. He's extremely busy and not one bit greedy so if you don't need a procedure he'll tell you the truth. The appointments with him are very brief. I know this bothers some people because we're all used to being "sold" but Dr.Grigoryants doesn't have try to sell himself or his procedures. He's the expert! He quickly assess things takes a few pictures, makes a few notes and he's done. He's very nice and is happy to answer questions. I personally felt complete trust in him so I didn't feel the need to ask a lot of questions. I will be his patient for life! Thanks again Dr. Grigoryants and staff!

Just wanted to include another after photo. This is 8 weeks post op. As you can see I’m a bit more swollen then a week or two ago. Unfortunately swelling that fluctuates seems to be a normal part of the process. I also seem to have more swelling on my right side.
Hoping we can start steroid injections soon. Overall still in love with my results. It feels great to be able to wear very little eye makeup because I no longer have to try to draw attention away from my nose.

Just posting some updated photos 12 weeks post op. The swelling continues to improve and my nose is so cute! I know I still have a lot of swelling in the tip but it’s sooooo much better than it was. I love it!
