Beware of Pricing
This was a horrible experience, to say the least. I actually called in to Integrated Aesthetics about an Exilis Ultra treatment, along with microneedling with PRF. I was transferred to their aesthetician so that she could answer questions and provide pricing. During our conversation, I specifically asked if the PRF was injected directly into my face and not rubbed into the skin topically, which I was assured it was. I've had a treatment before that was injected so I wanted to be sure it was the same thing.
I was given her direct cell phone number and texted her back the next day to book the appointment. She texted me back and said that she'd email me the quotes, which I thought was strange considering we already discussed the price for the procedure. The quotes arrived and they were inflated, so I texted her back and she replied back by text and indicated that the price we discussed over the phone (not the emailed quotes) was correct.
I show up at my appointment today, which I had to take off of work from, to be taken to the back by the same aesthetician and told she would come back with more quotes. Never in my life have I had an experience where someone keeps bringing me quotes for simple procedures that are a "set price." I reiterated that I wanted the PRF injected into my face, and she said that they should be able to do the same price, but the doctor has to inject the PRF so maybe it would be more. When I bluntly told her that she already quoted me the initial price for injected PRF, she said she'd go get some quotes and ask her manager.
She comes back in with a supervisor, and a quote that is $450 HIGHER! I told the manager that this was quoted to me and they should honor their price, but that was not going to happen. It was basically "take it or leave it," at which point I walked out of the office and had no service.
I knew I shouldn't have booked this place to begin with because their prices are WAY HIGHER than most other qualified, Board Certified, physicians, but I took a leap and went against my judgment. I am happy that I didn't spend a dime here, as I do not have to pay more for bad business practices.
