Excessive Tissue Removal. Regret Breast Reduction

I am left with daily regret.
I would not recommend this surgeon based on my personal experience. I came in with very large breasts and trusted that my concerns, body proportions, and desired outcome would be properly understood.
Unfortunately, I do not feel the surgeon had enough expertise working with larger breasts or more complex breast reductions. Too much tissue was removed during my procedure, and I was left significantly smaller than I wanted or expected. 1,500/1.300 grams per breast without my knowledge beforehand.
I also feel that the overall shaping and cosmetic result were poorly done. My breasts no longer feel balanced with my body, and the final appearance does not look natural to me. Instead of feeling more confident after surgery, I have struggled emotionally with the outcome and disappointment of not being listened to throughout the process. I expressed concerns about size and appearance, but I did not feel heard or reassured in a meaningful way.
This experience has taught me how important it is to choose a surgeon with strong expertise in breast shaping, especially for women with very large breasts. I would strongly encourage others to research carefully, look at extensive before-and-after photos, and seek multiple consultations before making a decision. Based on my experience, I would recommend going to someone else.
