Hi Glorious438965, Back rolls like these are very difficult to address with just 1 modality. Meaning one procedure alone won't offer an impactful result. If you were to have liposuction right now, those folds would get smaller but they would not disappear. The skin would also become more loose and saggy. I would recommend making some good progress with your diet and weight loss and then liposuction could get you more significant improvement. Good luck!
Hello Powerful425797, Liposuction will help to improve the contour of the area you circled. This will help that area look better in clothing. However, it appears that lower abdominal area has some loose skin, which could become more loose after liposuction. The tummy tuck you mentioned will tighten the loose skin. Good luck!
