Dr Natalie Ngan and her team are absolutely amazing—nothing short of perfection
At 62 years old, I underwent a bilateral breast reduction, going from a size 16HH to a 16DD, and I could not be happier with the results. The work is beautiful, with minimal scarring and minimal pain, and the discomfort was very manageable with Panadol, Nurofen, and simple pain relief.
From day one, I felt the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. Everyone at her office is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely kind, and that warmth was shown throughout every step of my journey.
Dr Natalie’s hospital team at St Vincent’s Private were equally incredible. I haven’t had private health cover since I was in my 20s, but wow—it was worth every penny. From the hospital admin staff to the beautiful meals, the comfortable rooms, and the wonderful nurses, every part of the experience exceeded my expectations.
A very special mention also to Dr Selena Tang, the anaesthetist, who was amazing. Dr Natalie truly has a very special team around her.
Dr Natalie’s knowledge and professionalism are second to none, and I cannot recommend this wonderful doctor and her team highly enough.
Best decision I ever made—I only wish I had done it earlier , no back pain,no shoulder pain, no neck pain , no heavy weight to carry around anymore.
