After 2 babies and over 3 years cumulative breast feeding, I only had tissue at the bottom of my breast. My boobs were deflated and with a push up bra, it was just skin, nothing to push up. 1 month post-op breast reduction & incision is worse after honey gel treatment

I am one month post op from my surgery and my incision seems to have opened up. I went in to see my doctor and she put on a honey ointment and suggested I use medihoney to treat the wound but it seems to have gotten worse. I put on an ointment similar to neosporin on it now but am not sure what to do next.
