Excellent Cleft Rhinoplasty

I had my cleft lip and nose rhinoplasty correction done by Dr. Gassner in Regensburg. He treated both my nose and my lip, he took rib cartilage to correct the nose. The procedure took about 4 hours under general anaesthesia, I was watched for one night after the procedure. Healing was relatively quick. The procedure was done endonasally, no skin cut. About a year later we did another fat injection to the lip. I am more than happy, my nose and lip look normal, not like cleft, and I can breathe. This was so much more than I hoped for, I am very very grateful. Him and his team were very nice and supportive throughout the process.
