Permanently Scarred

It's been two years, and I have permanent numbness below my knee as a result of this procedure. Follow up care wasn't great. I didn't feel right following the procedure, and the next day, I got lightheaded and hit my head requiring stitches and leaving me with a unsightly facial scar. When I tried to follow up with the practice, they told me "you signed a waiver" instead of doing anything to address my concerns. Now I live with a hideous face scar and a numb calf.
