Update...
My stitches in my mouth got infected; have to say it was very painful. Treatment was a a 5 day course of strong anti biotics and anti inflammatory pain meds. It took about 2 days for the pain and swelling to go down but infection cleared.
I basically had a reaction to the stitches in my mouth. I had lumps at nearly all of the surgical sites. Most of them went down and disappeared in the first couple of weeks but one was swollen and painful and this is what got infected.
It all healed now and the lump has definitely gone down. Still a little swollen and achy but no pain.
My nose is still a bit swollen but I’m loving the shape!

Week 2
Upturned nose finally not so upturned. I was so scared that my nose was going to stay upturned. Thankfully Dr. Taskin’s assistant was able to calm me down and assure me it was just swelling.

Day 10
I had a total freak out..
Took of my tape today to check my swelling and my nose was sooo upturned. I freaked out!! I honestly thought I looked like Lil Kim or Miss Piggy. I called Dr Taskin and his assistant and they assured me it’s just swelling... I’m not happy at all. I’ve read up on it and apparently it’s a common thing. I pray it goes down!!
