Ethnic rhinoplasty

4 year post op. Wonderful doctor, but for the price of 18,000, I have uneven bumps in the bridge of my nose and a low columella as of now. All in all, I'm sure there are other surgeons who do a fantastic job as well at a lower price.

Ethnic rhinoplasty

I am polynesian mix. Samoan,Hawaiian, and Japanese. My nose was sort of flat with a bulbous round tip. I disliked when I smiled it would get wider, more flat, and dropped down. I also have thick skin. All in all my goal was to have better definition in my tip and a defined bridge, and smaller nostril to reduce my flary nostrils.

DR.Ghavami was very attentive and kind. However, my 2 year mark after surgery is coming up and my nose has healed. I have noticed that the bridge of my nose has a little dent on it, my columella hangs lower than usual, and the incision scar is still visible. For the price of $18,000, not worth it.
