4 year post op. Wonderful doctor, but for the price of 18,000, I have uneven bumps in the bridge of my nose and a low columella as of now. All in all, I'm sure there are other surgeons who do a fantastic job as well at a lower price.

I am polynesian mix. Samoan,Hawaiian, and Japanese. My nose was sort of flat with a bulbous round tip. I disliked when I smiled it would get wider, more flat, and dropped down. I also have thick skin. All in all my goal was to have better definition in my tip and a defined bridge, and smaller nostril to reduce my flary nostrils.

Omg I have those issues!!! You described me exactly I hate to smile cuz of how wide it gets your nose looks great. Do you have before pictures?!
That is my before pictures. I am a month and one week post op right now. Will post a pic at the two month mark and third month as well.
That's how much it cost for a nose surgery.
