Visited Harley street healthcare in Manchester and was met by Kevin Quest. We agreed on 6000 fue grafts including temples and crown. (£5,500) My procedure was done at British hair clinic in Essex by Dr shuja chaudhry and Dr suhail alam. The clinic is owned by Dr Matee Ullah.. one technician did most of my procedure on her own the doctors hardly did anything. This was over two days around 4-5 hours per day. This tech could hardly speak English and she wasn't very well trained. A long story short.. I did not receive anywhere close to 6000 grafts more like 2000. They have been implanted carelessly and in rows which is unnatural. They have ruined my hair and now ignore me.. These people are not professional and seem to only be interested in money. They lie and threaten you if you dare to speak out! Refused to give me my medical notes and just blatantly ignore my emails and calls. They have my money now they dont care. Thanks for ruining my head and life. Update soon.

Now been ignored by this company refused to refund me seeking legal advice. Refused to give me my medical notes and invoice which clearly states 6000 fue. They have given me poorly implanted grafts around 2000. After researching how hair transplants are preformed these doctors have now ruined my hair.

Its weird because you would think the UK provides more protection than somewhere like turkey.

Mr Pete. His donor area has been ravaged by these so called doctors. They have depleted it. Strange why they have not come on here to publicly address the issues raised by the patient.

They sound like cowboy builders. They probably know that they have messed up in everyway and silence is probably the best damage limitation. It's a disgrace that there is no real authority to police these procedures and cases.

Hello Chris , I have just come across your review now , I am sorry to see you are unhappy with your result so far , if I can give you some advice ...I would demand a refund and refuse any option of a 2nd procedure with this clinic , take some HD photos of your donor area shaved and let it grow for about 3 weeks and take some more photos and email them over to Dr Maral at Maral hair Klinik , they charge €2100 per procedure , regards JK

You stressed that we needed to stay in contact to make sure these cowboys get shut down. But as soon as you received your refund you literally ignored me. Just to let you know I would have never done that to you I would have helped/advise until the end
Anyway hope you read this as it’s bugged me ever since, hope you managed to get some sort of result in the future
