I had my FUE treatment carried out Dr Shuja Chaudhry at the British Hair Clinic and I’m so glad I chose these guys. Dr Chaudhry is truly an amazing doctor, meticulous in his work and very empathetic. From my initial consultation Dr Chaudhry was very understanding and gave me honest advice. The clinic has looked after me from day one of my journey. Highly recommend the doctor and the clinic !

I had a hair transplant in Jan 2016 in harley street, for what I was told was a 3200 FUE graft procedure to correct my hairline. Even months after my hair transplant my hairline was looking weak, i would say there was about 10% improvement in my hair line but my hair still looked weak and lacking shine or that lush effect. So in November last year, 14months after my first procedure, I was frustrated with my results and after seeing my friend who had a 2000 fue graft procedure with Dr Shuja get brilliant results, I felt I had to visit the British hair clinic. Dr Shuja was very nice to me from the onset. Calm and reassuring. He said correcting the hair line will not be a problem as I still had a good donor area for his team to work with. I booked myself in for an FUE procedure, this time with Dr Shuja in November 2017. This time around everything was easier from location, pain during the procedure, easy to speak to surgeon and after care. I was recommended prp for my hair and i had three sessions 6weeks apart after my surgery. It has been five months since my hair transplant with dr Shuja and the results have been excellent. My hair is thicker and more shiny, my hair line is obviously better and I am delighted with the progress. I am sure that in another 6months, my hair will look even better. My only regret has been not to have gone to the british hair clinic and dr shuja at the first instance. I have attached pictures of my progress for you to see. I hope this helps other people in making decisions about their hair.

From start to finish I was reassured and relaxed. Clean hygienic place, very convenient location. Lovely staff and management at the British Hair Clinic. I wanted a PRP session as I had thinning hair. At no point did any body try to sell me gimmicks or hair transplants unlike other clinics I spoke to in central london. They respected my knowledge of the state of my hair and did not patronise me by trying to convince me otherwise. They suggested two PRP sessions 6weeks apart, Dr Shuja carried out the procedures. I was very happy with his mannerism and general knowledge as a doctor. I have since decided I want a 3rd session just after the spring.

Excellent British team, so happy I didn't have to fly abroad! Was balding like bobby Charlton and am just over 40! Visited two clinics on Harley street but they were a rip-off and they were constantly getting sales people to chase me up. Got sick of them. Colin (a mate of mine) recommended British hair clinic so I went ahead for a consultation and felt at ease right away. No nonsense. told me how it was and what to expect realistically. Price offered was reasonable compared to the rest of London and all their surgeons had an impressive portfolio of results with dozens of patient testimonials. Dr Shuja done my FUE hair transplant. 5months later and I feel amazing and look great. Af, the manager is v.easy to get on with and is available whenever you have a question (regardless how silly the question might be). Great team, fantastic surgeon and lovely technicians. Facilities are great, being OCD on cleanliness and safety I was impressed with how much care they took to ensure everything was sterile. I was well-looked after and look fwd to my PRP sessions in the summer. Thanks British Hair Clinic.

I started to lose my hair in my mid 20s so after looking around for a hair transplant procedure I settled on British hair clinic in Essex London. I had my first assessment done in Manchester (Harley st healthcare) I spoke to Kevin who told me I would need 2x Giga Fue at 3000 grafts each so a total of around 5-6000 fue grafts. The first price was at £9500 but he knocked it down to £7500. I left it for a couple of weeks and received an email from Kevin saying he would offer it for £5,500 but I need to pay £2000 deposit so I went ahead. (Paid in cash) When I arrived in Brentwood, Essex I met with the doctor and he said he was going to do 2000 grafts for the back half on day 1 and then another 2000 for the front half on day two. This is 4000 grafts I thought I paid for 5-6000 grafts?! Updated on 20 Aug 2018: Now been ignored by this company refused to refund me seeking legal advice. Refused to give me my medical notes and invoice which clearly states 6000 fue. They have given me poorly implanted grafts around 2000. After researching how hair transplants are preformed these doctors have now ruined my hair. Updated on 21 Aug 2018: Visited Harley street healthcare in Manchester and was met by Kevin Quest. We agreed on 6000 fue grafts including temples and crown. (£5,500) My procedure was done at British hair clinic in Essex by Dr shuja chaudhry and Dr suhail alam. The clinic is owned by Dr Matee Ullah.. one technician did most of my procedure on her own the doctors hardly did anything. This was over two days around 4-5 hours per day. This tech could hardly speak English and she wasn't very well trained. A long story short.. I did not receive anywhere close to 6000 grafts more like 2000. They have been implanted carelessly and in rows which is unnatural. They have ruined my hair and now ignore me.. These people are not professional and seem to only be interested in money. They lie and threaten you if you dare to speak out! Refused to give me my medical notes and just blatantly ignore my emails and calls. They have my money now they dont care. Thanks for ruining my head and life. Update soon.
