with and without attachments

41 Ready To Smile Again

I am on tray 3 and I have my attachments 6 total top and bottom. I took pictures and they will follow soon. My teeth are definitely sensitive. I alternate sensitive toothpaste that does help. The attachments didn't hurt. One came off in the mold so had to be done again. Taste not so good. The drill used to smooth them hurted the vibration since my teeth are so sensitive. This is way out of my comfort zone. I have a half of filling on my upper tooth and I got that cavity at the age of 20. So I'm not used to all of this extra work and tools they use. I will say my hygienic care has gone up about 10 notches, with all of thefflossing and brushing. Snacking is almost a thing of the past. Makes you weigh options on how bad do you want it. Because besides pain when taking off the trays, the attachment makes it feel like food is sticking to them which is weird because its not. Then the flossing and brushing. So losing weight is a plus. Trays do dry out so plenty of water. I was giving three trays so I don't go back for six weeks.

tray number two, yay

Put in tray number two today, they are definitely tighter and they were causing some minor aches. I didn't have to take any over the counter medicine. I do a lot less snacking which is good and bad lol. I do a lot of debating is it worth taking out your trays to snack, do you have enough time to eat, floss and brush your teeth. Friday night was the first time since I started on the 10th having my trays out longer than two hours. I went out celebrating my brother's birthday and I found it would be a hassle taking them in and out every time I wanted to eat or drink. I been very dedicated keeping them in as long as possible. I don't want to jeopardize this process in anyway. I do wonder can you suck on peppermints or any clear hard candy? As long as you don't chew it with your trays in.
