I chose to get the libiaplasty after noticing the effects of gravity and age on the looks of my body. I take care of my body through diet and exercise and live such a healthy, active life and was not satisfied with what was happening to my "nether regions". I was also experiencing some significant problems wearing athletic clothing and participating in certain exercises such as cycling or any activity involving sitting on hard surfaces. I finally decided that I was finished with trying to deal with the issues anymore and wanted to actually do something to fix the problem.

it is sooo nice..wait til you are 3 or 4 months in..lol..You won't even know what to say...o
Holy COW..HUGE difference in comfort..on EVERY level: sitting, rubbing against clothing, sexual activity, the whole nine.
It has changed my life, literally...I don't have to stop to readjust 50 times a day just to be even remotely comfortable.
