Here's me at one day post-op. It's a night and day difference between my first BA and this one. First time around I was in a lot of pain, couldn't move my arms, couldn't sit up, ect. This time all I have is slight pressure that I've been able to manage with just extra strength Tylenol and Celebrex and haven't needed any Vicodin at this point.

Hey ladies! Had my surgery today at 3:30 and am on my way home now. Everything went great and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Buford and all the Nurses and Renewal Surgery Center. I ended up with 695cc high profile Natrelle Inspira! I was shocked when I saw the implant card because Dr. B was going to try several sizes in the OR. I am very surprised at how alert and oriented I feel now. I Was completely out of it after my first BA and even having my wisdom teeth removed, so this is a pleasant change. I'm not in any pain at all right now, just a slight pressure, but I still have a nerve block working for me so we'll see. I'll post some pictures when I get home.

I'm glad all went well for you! Can't wait to see updates. I'm 5'10" and am scheduled to have 695 hp in December.

Have u been sized yet? What's ur bwd and ribecage measurement? Just curious, I'm going from 440hp to 695mod + in april

Worried that 600cc might not be enough?!

I've been doing more and more research lately and now I'm starting to wonder if even 600cc won't be enough to make a big difference in my size. I'm used to wearing a VS Bombshell bra which adds two cup sizes and I think I still look kind of small in that. I'm afraid that only going up 200-300cc's will only be slightly noticeable. I don't want to spend all this money and time recovering for just negligible results, but at the same time I don't want (as another user put it) "circus [RS bleep]". It seems like such a fine balance between sexy large breasts and huge pornstar boobs. I know at my height I need more cc's to achieve a certain look, but I'm afraid of looking heavy or matronly. I have my pre-op next Thursday the 3rd, hopefully Dr. Buford can give me some insight on what would look best.

I'm 5'9 too and i think 400cc on me looks pretty small. 150ccs equals roughly a cup size so 600 hp should get you to what you are looking for. Imo from your wish pics, you might consider 700. I think pretty much everything over 800 looks like circus [RS bleep]. My best advice is to tell your surgeon to take your favorite look into surgery with him and let him use his discretion. You already look great!

I think I am going to let him decide once I'm in surgery since he uses temporary sizers in the OR anyway. It's hard for me to put that much control into someone's hands who doesn't have to live with them though.

Im with you on that delicate balance. I wish I had gone 50ccs bigger, (i'm 5'7", 140lbs), and if I wanted to go back in and change for a measely 50ccs im told its not worth it. The main thing is, youre exchanging salines for silicone which imho an upgrade for look and feel. Good luck, you have a beautiful starting point and your results will look amazing!

I know this is old but 50cc isn't noticeable at all. I mean like not one bit. Trust me I know.

I totally understand what you are saying about this picture. But I have to say, she probably doesn't have a flat chest plate. It may be curved out where the sternum sticks out and the sides of the chest plate are more inwards. Mine does the same thing. So I don't have the cleavage most women do braless. It really sucks cause I feel like my boobs are always pointing to the left and right and not straight out. When I have a bra on they look fantastic. I have always wanted the high and together look. Unless I go 800cc I won't get that look. I have 325cc right now and plan on going bigger.
