Deeply Disappointed

Paid $800 for a completely ineffectual treatment. The needles did not even touch my skin in most places. When I complained, they offered a free second treatment. But when I arrived for the second treatment, they had messed up my appointment and said to come back a week later. I did, and then they could not get the machine to work.

Spend your money where they really want to help you. This place does not.

We also offered you a complimentary treatment to remedy the unsatisfactory outcome from your first treatment. I know it's frustrating that the machine was not working when you came in, however that was completely out of our control, unfortunately these things happen and it is never during a convenient time. However, when I offered to reschedule you after having the machine accessed and repaired by it's manufacture you declined.Once again, our apologies that you did not have an optimal outcome and experienced an uncooperative machine however, please note that you also declined our attempts to remedy the situation. We truly strive hard to make each experience special, relaxing and catered to each clients needs. We take the time to consult with each person and love making plans that help them achieve their aesthetic goals so they can feel beautiful in their own skin. We took our time consulting with you and were hoping to establish the same relationship with you. We wish you well and nothing but happiness and light.
