Exceptional Experience Involving Full Facial Rejuvenation

My treatment with Dr Bayati took place over six months and involved a full facial rejuvenation, including CO2 laser resurfacing, Endolift, filler and Botox. It was a long road that included significant downtime, but the end results far exceeded my expectations. The shape of my face, and the texture of my skin, is noticeably improved. I have included more details of my treatment below, but the takeaway from this review is that Dr Bayati is a highly skilled physician and I would recommend him without hesitation.
I first went to see Dr Bayati in July 2024. I'd had a full facelift and fat transfer to my cheeks several years earlier which had detrimentally altered the shape of my face. The filler was uneven and I had signifcant asymmetry. My once-coveted cheek bones had disappered and the bottom of my face, especially the right side, was fuller and heavier.
According to Dr Bayati, complications with facial fat transfers are increasingly common. I had never heard of Endolift before, but this highly specialised laser treatment can dissolve facial fat and re-contour a patient's face. My initial consultation with Dr Bayati felt truly collaborative and together we drew up a treatment plan that involved a full facial rejuvenation. My first treatment was the CO2 laser resurfacing (to improve the overall texture of my skin). This was quite a painful procedure if I'm honest, and is not for the faint-hearted. Downtime was about 7-10 days and during that time the entire top layer of my skin peeled off, revealing fresh and delicate skin below. Results were visible almost immedaitely but now, six months on, I continue to see improvements in the overall texture of my skin brought about, so I am told, by the stimulation of collagen. I wouldn't necessarily want to put myself throught this treatment again, but now that I have, I'm very pleased with the results.
My next visit involved the Endolift treatment. Having had various laser treatments before I was unprepared at the invasiveness of this procedure. If you are considering Endolift, please check out the credentials of your physician very carefully. Dr Bayati is highly skilled and one of the leading practitioners of Endolift so you are in safe hands. There was considerable swelling immediately after the treatment so it took a few days to notice any changes, but after a couple of weeks I could tell that the shape of my lower face was noticeably slimmer. During my review a couple of months' later, we both agreed that the right side of my face was still a little fuller and so we decided to repeat the Endolift procedure again to this area. Due to the nature of my fat transfer, this was a highly complex procedure. Dr Bayati had to penetrate deep below the dermis in order to reach the fat. Whilst the procedure was successful in terms of dissolving the fat, the heat from the laser damaged my buccal nerve in the process. As I was to discover, the buccal nerve, located in the cheek area, is essential for smiling and closing one's eye. Damage such as this is incredibly rare. It has taken several months for the nerve to repair but I am now almost completly recovered. Obviously, this was devastating at the time, and for several weeks, if not months, I went into hiding. But rather than focus on the negatives of this experience, I want to concentrate on the unwavering support I received from Dr Bayati. There are always risks involved with treatments such as this, but what matters is how you are treated when things do go wrong. I felt that Dr Bayati was with me every step of the way. We communicated regularly on my progress and he offered endless reassurance when I needed it most. I have honestly never experienced a level of care like it, it was exceptional. And my God, the results are unbelievable and I don't give praise like that lightly.
By now firm friends, my final reward was to have filler and Botox. Again, I want to highlight the skill of Dr Bayati in his placement of the filler. He gave me back my cheek bones! The results were subtle and natural, with a little tweak here and a little tweak there. So many practitioners get this wrong and overdo it. I am so happy with the end results, I feel like my old self again and my confidence has increased.
