Dropped and fluffed! 10 weeks post this weekend.

WORTH IT$9,500
Very happy with size, shape and symmetry. I finally stopped spitting stitches, so I am now wearing silicone sheeting 24/7 to help calm the incisions and improve scarring. Also finally wearing an underwire bra. New size is 28G or 30F, depending on brand.

Looks awesome! Fantastic results!
Thank you!
They look beautiful! He was one of my options!
Glad to read you stopped spitting stitches, I'm in this phase now. Hope you heal well, please post pictures of the outcome, you are looking great already!
They look great, you appear to be a petite person so it's good that you didn't go overboard with size. They look very natural

Blah. I am spitting stitches and really bummed out about it.

The good news: my breasts have dropped nicely. Still a little bit to go, but at 3.5 weeks out, I am super pleased with the shape. I got to stop wearing that awful ace bandage and that made my week.

The bad news: stitch spitting. Didn't even know this was a thing. I noticed a point of inflammation last week and figured it was just taking long to heal in that area. Then it started feeling tender to the touch. Then it started feeling like something was under the skin. Also, I was wondering why my incisions looked so red and angry at this stage compared to others on here I had seen. Went in to PS office yesterday and was told I had several spitting stitches and they were causing inflammation. Well, it looks like I have several more today, after those being removed. I go back on Thursday and anticipate that others will need removing and I am worried about scarring and how long it will take to heal. I really was hoping to start scar treatments by this point. They were healing so wonderfully until the 3 week point :(

I'm scheduled for a lift/implants and want to understand the stitch splitting more. So, the internal stitches can split/break? You said they removed them - how did they do that ?
So, they use two different types of stitches. They cut through layers of skin and tissue and have to sew those layers back up, so for the inside, they use dissolving sutures. Those over time are broken down by enzymes in your body and dissipate. For external, he used regular sutures which were removed the first week. Some people's bodies treat the internal stitches as a foreign object and push it out like a splinter. So, I had what felt like tender pimples or cysts in a few spots and it was actually the fibers of the sutures trying to break out of the skin. It isn't uncommon, but some people will never get one, some people might get one or two and others may have many. Their body just spits them out before they can be dissolved.
They remove the spitting stitches with tweezers.
I see!! Thanks for explaining:)

Post Day 17: Any change since wearing bandage? Not sure.

So, I have been wearing the ace bandage for 5 days non stop except last night I slept without it (and it was glorious) because I was feeling a lot of underboob pressure. I thought it looked like they had dropped but now that I am looking at pics, I am not sure? I have a check up tomorrow morning so we will see what the PS thinks.
