Giving it a few more session
I'd noted my unhappiness in a follow-up session, and showed my "progress" pictures. They performed the session and offered me an additional 3 complimentary to see if I have better results. They then suggested I come back after 3 months for the before/ after because the results take longer than they originally told me/ they originally thought.
For more information, I'd originally gotten a baker's dozen, or 13 sessions. I'd already used 6 on my abs and 6 on my butt in February/ March. They'd recommended I leave 1 for a maintenance session to do after 6 months so, and I just did that one.
I will post a follow up 3 months after I complete these next series, which will total another 4 sessions.

Minimal Improvement
I decided to do Emsculpt on my abs and butt to give me a boost / shortcut. I thought what fortunate timing as I opted to get this done and completed 8 sessions right before COVID hit, and then I got a sprained ankle. I worked out and ate healthy throughout, but not restrictive, and obviously I had to modify workouts with my ankle injury. My 2 month before/ after showed next to no change, and measurement wise I gained nothing on my butt but gained on my waist. I sent it to 3 friends and none could tell which was before or after. I am not happy with the results. In the same amount of time (those 2 months), I have photographic evidence of improvement in my back definition just from physical fitness that far surpasses my abs and butt. I got more results after I got super restrictive in the way that I eat, but I would’ve gotten those results without Emsculpt. If you’re already working out and eating healthy you likely do NOT need this.
