Today was session 1 of 4. Can't wait to see results in 4 weeks!! Work out regularly, so this should enhance the results!! Pretty powerful device!! Once you are at least 10 minutes it, it feels fine. Still jolts you no matter what, but it becomes easier. Love the results so far with my abs.

So since I had the tummy tuck, I figured after healing for 6 months this is the best time to do this . I eat healthily and work out 5 days a week... today was day 1 of 4 treatments. Doing abs and butt. Abs first. It jolts you in the beginning, but then you get use to the repetitive pulsing. Made me a little shaky after. But no pain or pulsing after feel. Still tight.
