I had a consultation for melasma and then another appointment for fillers. Both appointments I waited 45 and 50 minutes before being seen. I had 3 syringes of fillers to my under eye circles, and there was an area that was missed. Looks very uneven. For the money, Location, and wait, I expected more. My main concern of hyperpigmentation didn't improve after bit after one $300 basic facial and another $300 treatment. when I brought up my concern that the melasma didn't improve, the estheticisn suggested a $600 treatment, but would not do a trial on a small area to see how my skin would respond. Everyone at the office is sweet and friendly but I'm there for results, which he and his team did not deliver.
