Ellanse Facial & Hand Filler

I have been having a number of treatments as recommended by Dr Ali to treat skin Laxity & quality issues which as a 53 year old women I felt need addressing .One of these was a course of 6 skin pen and skin peels .

The skinpen treatment is comfortable the Peel is quite stinging for the first few minute but again bearable. There is I would say a good 48 hour down time.  Straight after for the next 12 hours my skin was red like a bad sunburn and has a grid pattern for a few days and thereafter my skin was very dry and peeled for the next 4 days so overall it takes 7 days but then my skin looked great and I am very pleased with the results . I would highly recommend this clinic I have been lucky Mt Ghanem himself did most of my treatments and the treatments are very professional and I have been made to feel comfortable throughout the process . I also like the fact that at my first consultation Me Ghanem recommended a number of treatments which fitted with my budget and time constraints which would work together to get the optimum results .I have never had this level of care and attention from other clinics and so I have had random treatments not in right order etc and wasted time and money . I can’t speak highly enough of this doctor .

I had an upper eye blepharoplasty with Mr Naresh Joshi 5 years ago and had a great result but he had said that my brows were showing early signs of sagging but not enough for a brow lift and subsequently over the last 5 years I have used filler and Botox to try and compensate but it never lasted very long and I didn’t want to look over filled or done.

I had first approached Mr Ghanem about a face lift as other issues such as deep crows feet and static lines had formed and my normal regime of regular Botox and fillers and good skin care didn’t seem to having the desired result any more . He suggested a series of treatments of which the last one was a natural lift using Silhouette Soft brow lift . Once he had completed the other suggested treatments for skin laxity ,volume and quality I had researched this treatment for a long time I had seen some review saying they had experienced dimpling or pulling when having received them by other doctors . Mr Ghanem is very experienced I knew I would be in good hands and he could show me photos of other patients he had performed it on and they looked great . I had my brow thread lift done last week and I am blown away by the results. I'm not blown away because my face looks different, I'm blown away because I look like me only a 10 years ago and although I look glowing, no one would be able to tell that I had anything done at all. It is also true that the results do continue to improve and my skin feels tighter as the days go by. The most painful part of the treatment was the numbing injection but when he applied the actual threads I could not feel anything and I could not believe after I looked great and could go out for dinner straight after .There was no down time !! This is a great immediate results treatment but only if done by the right person and I would highly recommend both the treatment and Mr Ghanem 100 % it has given me immediate results and I am so happy I did it .

I wanted to get rid of static lines namely my deep crows feet and neck lines and I was not ready yet for a facelift and did not want much downtime .

Mr Ghanhem suggested a course of EnerJet 2.0 as it is an energy-based platform device which delivers non-surgical facelift solution , an exceptional neck lines reduction . I had a course of three in these specific areas including my décolletage which I had ever treated before and was also badly lines from Sun damage . The treatment was quick and very comfortable as he used a local numbing cream before hand and I could not feel anything . Straight after I had white lumps which looked like bee stings but overnight that disappeared and I was left with small pin pricks in the treatment areas which after 24 hours can be covered with makeup and in total lasts about 3 days so there is a small amount of down time . I am really happy with the results and the lines on my neckline have gone completely and my crows feet and neck have really improved and will continue to improve whilst the collagen is produced which is the main benefit of the treatment . Mr Ghanem always looks to ensure that you are not in any pain and he talks to you to gauge how comfortable you are . His aftercare is brilliant he contacted me to see how my skin was . Would highly recommend him for all treatments he is highly knowledgeable about his treatments and is very professional and yet so approachable .
