Mini Tummy Tuck and Breast Lift with Implant Exchange - Miami, FL

Love Dr Salama! He is very personable and knows his stuff. At preop appt he decided to go with high profile 550cc silicone implants. I currently have 475 cc moderate and wanted to stay the same size or only slightly larger. Dr S said with the lift I would lose size with the extra skin being removed so a bigger implant size would be appropriate. After measurements he disagreed that I am a D like my previous surgeon said, more like a C but will be a D afterwards. With being 6 foot tall I think I can handle that! Surgery went well, anesthesia always sucks but once I slept it off I've been good to go since. Had surgery at 6 am yesterday and was up walking around by 6 that night. I've taken just regular Tylenol a couple of times and has regulated my pain. I'm going to take a shower in a bit and will post some pics. 1 day post op I doubt it'll look to pretty though!

Had breast augmentation two years ago with 475cc silicone implants put in sub glandular which have dropped. I am 6 foot tall and 170 pounds with small area of extra skin in lower abdomen just above pubic area. I have only one child age 12. I consistently work out 3-4 times per week with weightlifting and 1-2 hours EVERYDAY of cardio - no exceptions. I just scheduled surgery with Dr Salama in Miami, FL and will be traveling from Missouri for the surgery. Plan on staying at a nearby resort for couple days before surgery and one week after. I sent pics to Dr Salama and was responded back to very quickly with a quote and plan of action. So far, so good. Their clinic offers a recovery house for 10 days at $1,999 including all meals transportation and care. However, for about the same price I was able to book a beachside resort, snag their transport guy for all my needs at $275 (airport transfers, grocery store and pharmacy run, all clinic appt.'s) and bring a friend with me to help out. I don't think you can go wrong either way but I'm trying to make a little vacation out of this with an old friend! I'll post before pics on my next update!
